PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam molding having peculiar colors, physical properties, etc.SOLUTION: Urethane foam raw materials including a polyol, a polyisocyanate, and a foaming agent are mixed and urethane gel raw materials including the polyol and polyisocyanate are mixed. A foam molding, furthermore, is manufactured by heterogeneously intermingling the respective raw materials thus mixed. As a result, the urethane foam and urethane gel come to embody a sea-island structure, and in a case where the island segment of the sea-island structure is arranged to extend along a specified direction, the hardness of the foam molding along the specified direction and the hardness of the foam molding along a direction intersecting to the specified direction come to differ, and anisotropic physical properties can thus be realized. Moreover, in a case where a coloring agent is included within the urethane gel raw ingredient, for example, the coloring agent is supported by the urethane gel raw ingredient, and contaminations by the coloring agent can be prevented. Moreover, the urethane gel with stripe part is colored, and coloring parts become clear. It accordingly becomes possible to realize a foam molding having peculiar colors, physical properties, etc. |
