PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform manual rotation in a horizontal direction of a fan body.SOLUTION: A fixing part 68 is fixed to an upper end part of a body shaft in a non-rotation state. A sliding member 66 comes in contact with the fixing part 68, and is rotatably installed around the body shaft. The fan body including a motor and air-blowing blades rotated by the motor, is fixed to the sliding member 66. The sliding member 66 rotates with respect to the fixing part 68, so that the fan body can be manually rotated. |
