PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive force distribution device capable of sharing a carrier.SOLUTION: In a drive force distribution device 1 including a differential mechanism 7 differentially rotatably outputting drive force to a pair of output members 3, 5, a pair of distribution mechanisms 9, 11 disposed at both axial ends of the differential mechanism 7 and capable of adjusting the drive force output to the pair of output members 3, 5, and a casing 13 accommodating the differential mechanism 7 and the distribution mechanisms 9, 11, the casing 13 has a carrier 21 accommodating the differential mechanism 7, and provided with positioning members 19, 19 for positioning bearings 15, 17 rotatably supporting the differential mechanism 7, first cover members 25, 25 assembled to openings 23, 23 at a side of the positioning members 19, 19, of the carrier, and second cover members 27, 27 assembled to the first cover members 25, 25 to form accommodation spaces of the distribution mechanisms 9, 11. |
