The guide element (3) comprises a fixing portion (9) at one end and a guide pin (11) at another end. The fixing portion having a non-circular cross-sectional shape is provided for attaching with a narrow-side end of a slat. The guide pin is projected beyond the plate end through a guide slot (7) in guide rail (1) during assembled state. The guide slot is defined between two guide edges (5) of the guide rail that is in C-shaped cross section.
