Provided are an energy ray curable hydrophilic adhesive composition and an adhesive sheet suitable for producing, by three-dimensional molding, microstructures that are suitable for applications requiring hydrophilicity, such as microreactors. The energy ray curable hydrophilic adhesive composition contains an energy ray curable resin, and a particulate hydrophilicity-imparting agent dispersed in the energy ray curable resin. Furthermore, the energy ray curable hydrophilic adhesive composition has a fracture elongation of at least 2000% and a stress relaxation rate of 70% to 95% prior to energy ray curing. When the energy ray curable hydrophilic adhesive composition is used as an adhesive layer with a thickness of 20 mum formed on a polyethylene terephthalate resin sheet with a thickness of 38 mum, and as an adhesive cured layer obtained by curing the adhesive layer using energy rays, the half-life of a band voltage measured by using a half-life measuring instrument defined by JIS L 1094:1997 is not more than 60 seconds at 25°C and 50% relative humidity. The adhesive sheet is provided with an adhesive layer composed of the energy ray curable hydrophilic adhesive composition. |
