PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human state estimation apparatus and a transport machine comprising the apparatus capable of accurately estimating an internal state of a person on the basis of a measurement result of eye movement.SOLUTION: A human state estimation apparatus and a transport machine comprising the apparatus comprise: an eye camera 32 for measuring eye movement; a first identification unit 41 for identifying eye movement whose speed is equal to or higher than first speed and whose momentum is equal to or larger than a first amount as rapid eye movement, on the basis of a result of the eye movement measurement by the eye camera 32; a second identification unit 42 for identifying rapid eye movement accompanied by modified eye movement whose momentum is smaller than the first amount out of the rapid eye movement as modification accompanying rapid eye movement, on the basis of the measurement result of the eye camera 32; a speed calculation unit 43 for calculating a speed index with respect to the speed of the modification accompanying rapid eye movement, on the basis of the measurement result of the eye camera 32; and an estimation unit 44 for estimating an internal state of a person on the basis of the speed index of the modification accompanying rapid eye movement. |
