In at least one block row located in a region closer to the tire width direction inside than the circumferential direction main groove of the tire width direction outermost side, the first lug groove 24X of a groove wall angle α in a tire diameter direction and the second lug groove 24Y of a groove wall angle &bgr; in the tire diameter direction are respectively set within the range of the ground length of the tire circumferential direction in the ground region 26 of the tread surface.
