PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check on safety of individuals in a facility in disaster using an existing entering and leaving a room management system without making the individuals possess devices for roll call.SOLUTION: A roll call device 5 and a disaster signal generator 6 are connected to a communication line 4 of an existing entering and leaving a room management system 100. A disaster occurrence signal from the disaster signal generator 6 is sent to the roll call device 5. When receiving the disaster occurrence signal, the roll call device 5 prepares a list of entered/left individuals of a facility in the receiving time point of the disaster occurrence signal as a roll call list based on management information on entered and left individuals managed by an entering and leaving a room management device 3. The entered individuals are determined based on control information (personal ID + installation positional information) sent from a card reader 1 after the point of receiving the disaster occurrence signal, and confirmation article of safety of the determined individual is confirmed. The updated latest roll call list is output in response to a request. A function of the roll call device 5 may be added to the entering and leaving a room management device 3. |
