PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an appropriate analysis in a specimen analyzer provided with an analysis part by light.SOLUTION: The specimen analyzer includes: holding means (cell holder 14) for detachably holding a reagent cartridge 20; analysis means for performing an analysis for a specimen using a reagent of a reagent cartridge 20; optical measurement means for irradiating light toward the other side face from a one side face in the reagent cartridge 20 held by the holding means (cell holder 14) and detecting the light in the other side face so as to measure the light; and reverse detecting means for detecting a reverse of the reagent in the reagent cartridge 20 on the basis of a measurement result by the optical measurement means. |
