The invention provides a resin molding device and a resin molding method. Whether resin residuals are generated in sprues is judged through a simple device structure and a simple method. In correspondence with the sprues connected to top surfaces of cavities, a sprue suction mechanism is provided with suction parts and suction channels connected with the suction parts. The suction channels are connected with a suction mechanism through pipes. Flow sensors that measure flow of sucked air are arranged on the pipes. A control mechanism that collects measured flow values and performs data processing is connected with the flow sensors. An adsorption par clings to the periphery of an opening of the sprue, and the suction mechanism is used to suck air in atmosphere via the sprue. The flow values measured by the flow sensors are compared with a reference flow value prestored in the control mechanism to judge whether resin residuals are generated in the sprues. |
