PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device capable of reducing a short-circuit between an excitation electrode and an extraction electrode in a crystal element.SOLUTION: A crystal device includes: a substrate 110a; electrode pads 111 provided on the substrate 110a; and a crystal element 120 having a rectangular crystal blank 121 electrically connected onto the electrode pads 111, an excitation electrode 122 provided in a center rectangular region X of the crystal blank 121, and an extraction electrode 123 extended from a part of the excitation electrode 122 position at a corner of the center rectangular region X to a part of a peripheral region surrounding the center rectangular region X. In the crystal element 120, the electrode pads 111 are connected to the extraction electrode 123 via a conductive adhesive 140. In the excitation electrode 122, linear chamfers 124 are formed so as to cross from one side on a side of the electrode pads 111 in a peripheral region Y to one side adjacent to the one side at a corner on a side of the electrode pads 111 and a corner adjacent to the corner. |
