PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a station service apparatus and a station service system capable of reducing an effect on a user of an apparatus having a recording medium wrongly registered as an object of use stop.SOLUTION: The station service apparatus comprises a use stop information storage unit, a wrong use stop information storage unit, a determination unit, and a use state change processing unit. The use stop information storage unit stores use stop information which is information on a recording medium registered as an object of use stop. The wrong use stop information storage unit stores wrong use stop information which is information on a recording medium wrongly registered as an object of use stop. The determination unit determines whether to change a state of the use propriety of a recording medium on the basis of a use propriety state of the recording medium, the use stop information, and the wrong use stop information. The use state change processing unit performs processing for changing a state of the recording medium according to a determination result of the determination unit. |
