PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the detection method, detection program and detection device of illegal mail for enabling a reception side terminal to verify a mail header even when the mail header is rewritten by the software of a mailing list.SOLUTION: There is provided with a mail processing method for allowing a first computer which transmits mail to execute processing of: generating verification information on the basis of the object header item and confidential shared information of transmission mail; connecting the meta information of the object header item to the verification information; and connecting the verification information to which the meta information is connected to the mail header of the transmission mail, and for allowing a second computer which receives mail to execute processing of: separating the verification information and the meta information from the mail header of reception mail; acquiring the object header item from the mail header on the basis of the separated meta information; regenerating the verification information on the basis of the acquired object header item and the confidential shared information; and comparing the separated verification information with the regenerated verification information. |
