The invention relates to a system for the design of patient-specific orthotics, and particularly approaches the design of patient-specific orthotics upon an assessment of the patient's gait cycle. This enables the practitioner to precisely prescribe a kinetic orthotic that will optimize the way in which force is tranferred during that patient's gait cycle. |
