The invention relates to a device that permits the generation of hyperthermia in magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) by means of the controlled induction of a magnetic field, in such a way that the temperature of the MNPs affected by said magnetic field is controlled in a direct manner, and can be monitored in order to alter said temperature by means of real-time modifications of the magnetic field that is induced and applied to said MNPs. The entire process is controlled using a central processing unit which in turn permits the automation of the entire process. The invention also relates to a method for determining cellular temperature using the device according to the invention, as well as to the use thereof for determining the temperature in cells. |
