PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent which is made of a biodegradable metallic material and which has long-term durability.SOLUTION: A stent excellent in corrosion resistance is provided by coating a surface of a biodegradable metallic material inferior in corrosion resistance with a hydrophobic adhesive film (particularly an adhesive film made of an acidic hydroxyl group-containing compound). The hydrophobic adhesive film is characterized as follows: its thickness is 1 μm or less; and the weight of the adhesive film made of the acidic hydroxyl group-containing compound falls within the range of 1/500 or more with respect to the weight of the biodegradable metallic material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
