PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dentifrice composition which can give a refreshing feeling by powder hardly remaining in the oral cavity while giving an actually smooth feeling of the teeth after brushing with a toothbrush and rinsing with water, being excellent in the preservation stability of a cetylpyridinium chloride in spite of using calcium carbonate together with the cetylpyridinium chloride.SOLUTION: The dentifrice composition comprises the following component (A), (B), (C), and (D) : (A) 0.005 mass% or more to 0.5 mass% or less of cetylpyridinium chloride; (B) 5 mass% or more to 20 mass% or less of calcium carbonate; (C) abrasive silica; (D) water, and the total contents of component (B) and component (C) is 10 mass% or more to 30 mass% or less, having pH 8.2 or more to 9 or less, and being contained in a tube container. |
