PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable direct calculation of an optical flow from an output current of a bipolar photo-detector.SOLUTION: An optical flow sensor includes a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 10, arrayed in a planar shape, having a first photoelectric conversion layer 22 and a second photoelectric conversion layer 32 having mutually different light response time constants. An optical flow is calculated from an output current output from each photoelectric conversion element 10 as a parameter. |
