PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve advertisement effects.SOLUTION: A distribution device includes a reception unit, an extraction unit, and a distribution unit. The reception unit receives an advertisement request from a terminal device. In addition, when the advertisement request is received by the reception unit, the extraction unit extracts an advertisement from a predetermined advertisement group on the basis of information related to an application which has been installed in the terminal device. Furthermore, the distribution unit distributes the advertisement extracted by the extraction unit, to the terminal device.
