PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-point seat belt device allowing bodies of occupants to be constrained without loosening a belt at positions matching various figures of the occupants.SOLUTION: A four-point seat belt device 1, constituted of: a right waist belt 51R and a left waist belt 51L that press the waist bone portion of an occupant being seated on a seat; and a right shoulder belt 61R and a left shoulder belt 61L that press both shoulders of the occupant, comprises: driving means (a right retractor 21R, a left retractor 21L, a right-upper retractor 31R, and a left-upper retractor 31L) that wind up the respective waist belts and the respective shoulder belts; and a joint detection portion 54 that detects a state where the respective waist belts and the respective shoulder belts are jointed through a buckle 53. The driving means, when the joint detection portion 54 detects the joint, moves the waist belts toward the waist bone portion and drives and winds up at least one of the right waist belt, the left waist belt, the right shoulder belt, and the left shoulder belt. |
