PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a drainage pump station in the case of disaster.SOLUTION: A flood control facility for draining internal water in a drainage pump station comprises: a drain pump for draining internal water; a control device for controlling operation of the flood control facility; and a first communication device for acquiring disaster information. The control device is configured to control the drain pump under a continuous operation mode in which operation is continued even after disaster information is acquired. The control device is also configured to measure and record instrumentation data of equipment, within the flood control facility, including at least the drain pump. The control device records instrumentation data only for a predetermined period after the first communication device acquires disaster information in the case where the drain pump is being operated under the continuous operation mode. |
