PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compost which makes it possible to effectively use a mushroom waste culture medium inexpensively, and a manufacturing method of the compost.SOLUTION: There is provided a compost in which a mixture containing at least a mushroom waste culture medium having sawdust as a main material, chaff, and koji mold (aspergillus oryzae) is fermented. Regarding the chaff and the koji mold, it is desirable that 0.5 kg or more of the koji mold per the volume of 1 cubic meter of the chaff and 5 kg or more of rice bran per the volume of 1 cubic meter of the chaff are agitated, and aerobic fermentation treatment is previously performed.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
