PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by lightening the burden on an operator by automating measurement of a film thickness of a photochromic film and preventing a defective due to mishandling from being produced, and to improve productivity by shortening the time needed for the measurement of the film thickness.SOLUTION: A spectacle photochromic lens manufacturing device includes a suction type support member for supporting a spectacle lens base material and a probe 121 which emits irradiation light and receives reflected light. The manufacturing device includes a multi-axial robot which moves the probe 121 and a control device for a film thickness measurement part which controls actions of the probe 121 and multi-axial robot. The control device finds a light irradiation position S which is at a predetermined distance D1 from a predetermined measurement position T of the spectacle lens base material 2 along a normal L1 passing the measurement position T based upon shape data on the spectacle lens base material 2. Further, the control device moves the probe 121 so as to irradiate the measurement position T with the light from the light irradiation position S, and analyzes the reflected light that the probe 121 receives so as to find a film thickness of the photochromic film. |
