PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide handrail lighting equipment, in which the removal and renewal work of an existing machine is reduced or eliminated at the time when a handrail lighting of a passenger conveyor is changed from a fluorescent lamp to an LED lamp.SOLUTION: In handrail lighting equipment for a passenger conveyor, a handrail lighting is changed from a fluorescent lamp to an LED lamp 12. A frame 6 having a transparent handrail panel 2 attached thereto is already equipped with a fluorescent lamp socket, a fluorescent lamp holder, a fluorescent lamp and a fluorescent lamp cover 11. At the time of exchanging into the LED lamp 12, at least two support parts 14 for supporting the LED lamp 12 are disposed in the fluorescent lamp cover 11. In the supporting part, there is formed a recess 15 for the LED lamp. The fluorescent lamp cover 11 placing the LED lamp 12 is mounted on the frame 6, from which the fluorescent lamp socket, fluorescent lamp holder and fluorescent lamp have been removed, so that the LED lamp 12 is replaced. |
