The invention relates to a gear motor and a valve driving device. The gear motor is provided with a rotation part, wherein the rotation position of the rotation part is detected by means of a fixed magnet, so that the detection accuracy of the rotation position of the rotation part is improved. The gear motor (1) comprises a magnet (20) and a detection unit. The magnet is inserted into a retention hole (13) of the rotation part (10) in such a manner that the force transmitted from the motor (40) is used for driving the rotation. The detection unit comprises one or more detection parts (30) used for detecting the magnet, and the rotation position of the rotation part is obtained by means of the detection parts. The inner side surfaces (1331, 1332) of the rotation part, formed with the retention hole and one side of the rotation direction of the rotation part, are provided with a protruded deformation part (P). When the deformation part is deformed due to the insertion of the magnet into the retention hole, the magnet is in contact with the inner side surfaces (1341, 1342) of the rotation part on the other side of the rotation direction of the rotation part. |
