PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power reception device and a power transmission device which inhibit diffusion of heat in a lid member when a foreign object generates heat to improve temperature detection performance achieved by a temperature sensor.SOLUTION: A power reception device 11 includes: a power reception part 20 which receives electric power from a power transmission part 56 provided at the exterior in a non-contact manner; and a housing 27 which stores the power reception part 20. The housing 27 includes: a lid member 29 which is positioned at the power transmission part 56 side and allows a magnetic field to pass; and multiple temperature sensors 100 which are mounted on the lid member 29 and detect a temperature of a foreign object positioned between the power transmission part 56 and the power reception part 20. The lid member 29 includes a partition wall 800 which divides the lid member 29 into two or more regions. The temperature sensors 100 are disposed in at least the two regions from among the two or more regions. A material having heat conductivity lower than the lid member 29 is used in the partition wall 800. |
