PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a container of a simple constitution which stores a substance necessary to seal to be placed in a work box while maintaining its segregation state to take the substance in the container into the work box, and taking it out of the work box while maintaining the segregation state.SOLUTION: A port member 14, provided in an opening 13 provided in the bottom face of a work box 11 of a sealing isolator 10 and extending into the box, is covered with a bag member 20 from the inside of the box, and the opening part of the bag member 20 is fixed by adhesion to the periphery of the port member 14 by using a rubber band 21. A lifting table 17 is pushed up to arrange the top side open part of a container 18 in the bag member 20 in the work box 11. The bag member 20 is fixed by adhesion to the periphery of the container 18 by using a rubber band 22. The substance in the container 18 is taken out by opening the bag member 20, and by opening a lid 19. The lifting table 17 is lowered by covering with the lid to take the container 18 out of the box. The extracted bag member 20 is bundled, welded, and cut at a weld part. |
