PURPOSE:To carry out the ventilation in a processor without a power source by providing a ventilation mechanism for the inside of the processor and interlocking following the movement of a carriage and carrying out the ventilation of the inside of the processor. CONSTITUTION:In a printing means in which a carriage 6 with a mounted printing head is moved reciprocatingly by rotating forward and reverse a read screw 5 to which a gear in mesh with another gear is fixed on a driving shaft of a motor 4, a ventilation plate 7 is installed integrally on the carriage 6. Air is agitated when the carriage 6 is moved reciprocatingly by the arrangement, and the exhaust/suction of air, which is the ventilation of the inside of the processor, is carried out by the reciprocating movement of the ventilation plate 7 to cool the inside of the processor. The ventilation of the inside of the processor can be carried out easily without a power source by the above constitution, and a small processor can be provided. |
