PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a pixel, in an image including light released from a sample, the luminance value of which changes with the passage of time.SOLUTION: A light measurement device 1, designed to measure light from a sample S, comprises a dynamic image acquisition unit 40 for acquiring the dynamic image data of a two-dimensional optical image including the light from the sample S, and an analysis processing unit 51 for performing an analysis process on the dynamic image data. The analysis processing unit 51 includes a luminance value data acquisition unit 52a for acquiring luminance value data indicating the chronological change of a luminance value in a plurality of pixels that constitute an area corresponding to a plurality of wells 21, and a pixel specification unit 52c for calculating an evaluation value for evaluating the state of change in the luminance value on the basis of the value extracted from the luminance value data, and specifying a subject pixel that is the subject of analysis from the plurality of pixels on the basis of the repetition state of the evaluation value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
