The invention discloses a camera device and a target object recognition scanner capable of inhibiting reflection of superfluous light and used for camera shooting of commodities in a high-definition mode. The camera device comprises a case, substrates, light-emitting appliances, camera appliances and a light-shielding part. A camera window is formed on one surface of the case. The substrates are arranged in the interior the case. Treatment preventing reflection of light is carried out to at least one part of one surface towards the camera window. The light-emitting appliances are installed on the substrates. Illumination light emits the exterior of the case via the camera window. The camera appliances are used for camera shooting of an object illuminated through illumination light via the camera window. The light-shielding part is arranged in the interior of the case in order to prevent at least one part of reflection light of all parts in the interior of the case to reflecting the camera appliances without impedance of camera shooting. |
