PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization method and a processing method of a food raw material.SOLUTION: A first process includes injecting slightly acidic electrolytic water into a container which contains weighed food raw material, rubbing and washing the food raw material well, and draining. A second process includes injecting the slightly acidic electrolytic water in the container again so that the slightly acidic electrolytic water is injected from the lowermost part of the layer of the food raw material deposited on the bottom of the container, and immersing the food raw material therein while overflowing. A third process includes exchanging the slightly acidic electrolytic water in the container and immersing the food raw material therein without overflowing. |
