PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal skin roughness improving agent and an internal skin epidermal cell proliferation promoting agent which can be taken daily and is highly safe.SOLUTION: There are provided an internal skin roughness improving agent and an internal skin epidermal cell proliferation promoting agent containing vinegar and agar oligosaccharide. Regarding an intake amount of vinegar and agar oligosaccharide, 10 to 4500 mg per day of vinegar is preferable for an adult and 50 to 2000 mg per day is particularly preferable in the form of acetic acid, and 0.1 to 100 mg per day of agar oligosaccharide is preferable and 1 to 50 mg per day is particularly preferable. A form of the internal skin roughness improving agent and the internal skin epidermal cell proliferation promoting agent is not limited, and a form of normal medicinal drugs and food products such as a capsule, a tablet, granules, and drink can be taken. |
