The invention is a shielding gas toroidal nozzle designed for orbital welding of tubes to tube sheets, especially for heat exchangers, using non-consumable tungsten electrode in the atmosphere of inert gases, which has a toroidal body 1 in the form of a ring made of two races - external and internal - inside of which there are four longitudinal lenses 2 with an arc-shape that is compatible with the shape of the body 1, and in the inner part of the body 1, between longitudinal lenses 2, there is a cylindrical lens 3 which moves around the cylindrical perimeter of the body 1 in the symmetry axis where a torch 4 with a non-consumable electrode is mounted, and each of the four longitudinal lenses 2 and the cylindrical lens 3 are provided with shielding gas lines 6 that are connected with a diffuser 5. |
