PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition device allowing workability of an underground continuous wall to be improved and high quality thereof to be achieved, and a method for constructing the underground continuous wall.SOLUTION: A partition device 10 used when constructing a preceding element of an underground continuous wall includes: a partition plate 11 shorter than a preceding element; a top board 12 rotatably supported by the side face of the partition plate 11; and arms 13 rotatably supported by the side face of the partition plate 11 above the top board 12. The top board 12 is connected to the arms 13, the arms 13 protrude on a side of the partition plate 11, and the upward rotation of the arms 13 causes the top board 12 to rotate upward, and thus the top board 12 protrudes from the partition plate 11. |
