PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance film type touch panel device that can calculate a highly accurate coordinate voltage corresponding to an electrostatic capacitance between films of a touch panel without use of a prediction computation process.SOLUTION: When calculating an X coordinate voltage serving as a voltage at a position where an X drive part is driven and a resistance film is pressed, a control part repeatedly detects an X detection voltage until a potential difference between detected latest two-time (t5 and t6) X detection voltages falls within a predetermined voltage. Then, a measurement delay time serving as a time taken for repeating (t1 to t5) is counted by a timer and the counted measurement delay time is stored in a storage part. Further, next time, when the X coordinate voltage or a Y coordinate voltage is calculated, after the measurement delay time stored in the storage part elapses, the X detection voltage or a Y detection voltage is detected. |
