The invention provides a transporter. When trundles of a litter are fixed, a guided part is moved to a first position in a guiding part, and a rotor arm of a center wheel rotates to reach a highest position. When trundles are released, the guided part is moved to the middle and a second position in the guiding part, and although the rotor arm is reduced, the center wheel does not contact with the ground. When a pedal is further operated, the guided part is moved to a third position in the guiding part, and the center wheel moves on the ground. Thereby, the dimension of the litter or a bed can be easily decreased, so that a C arm of an X ray imaging device can be easily inserted, and a height of the bed can be effectively reduced. |
