The coupling device 11 comprises a receiving portion (12, Fig. 4c) and adjustment portion 13, wherein the receiving portion is designed to receive the adjustment portion and couple the adjustment portion with the test frame (5, Fig. 4c). The adjustment portion includes a coupling interface 19 for connecting to the damper or gas spring, wherein the coupling interface is variably configurable relative to the receiving portion.
