PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply heater which can perform cooling to say nothing of heating.SOLUTION: A hot water supply heater circulates water in a heating circuit without operating a heat source part (S105), detects water temperature T1 in a heating circuit and indoor temperature T2, and when temperature difference of them T2-T1 is larger than predetermined temperature difference A (S110: YES), the hot water supply heater performs a cooling operation for cooling a heat exchange object in a heating terminal by continuing circulation of the water in the heating circuit. Also, when the temperature difference T2-T1 is equal to or less than the temperature difference A (S110: NO), by supplying clean water to the heating circuit (S120-S150), the hot water supply heater achieves water temperature drop in the heating circuit, and executes processing from S105 afresh. |
