PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surely and efficiently producing a julienning blade body including a comb teeth-like triangle blade (triangle comb teeth) provided with a blade part formed on a cut end side by polishing means on a base plate 1.SOLUTION: Triangle comb teeth 2 are formed by: forming cut-and-raised parts corresponding to a formation interval of the triangle comb teeth 2 at a prescribed interval in the middle of the width direction of a thin metallic band plate 11 (cutting-and-raising processing); forming a blade 22 by polishing the cut-and-raised projections 32 by a grinder a (polishing processing); cutting thereafter a rear end edge 14 of the thin metallic band plate 11 so as to vertically cross the rear end edge of the blade 22 (side edge cutting processing); and bending and raising a cut part 31 interval of the cut-and-raised parts exposed on a cut end edge 15 (raising processing). |
