A co-crystal comprising cyprodinil and a co-crystal forming compound selected from the group consisting of pyromellitic diimide and terephthalaldehyde dioxime; wherein when the co-crystal forming compound is pyromellitic diimide, the co-crystal has a powder X-ray diffraction pattern expressed in terms of 2θ angle values, wherein the powder X-ray diffraction pattern comprises at least three 2θ angle values selected from the group comprising (a) 7.3±0.2, 10.5±0.2, 11.7±0.2, 18.3±0.2, 21.4±0.2, 26.8±0.2, 28.0±0.2, and 30.2±0.2 or (b) 7.2±0.2, 10.3±0.2, 11.5±0.2, 16.4±0.2, 16.7±0.2, 19.2±0.2, 20.1±0.2, 23.6±0.2 and 23.9±0.2; and wherein when the co-crystal forming compound is terephthalaldehyde dioxime, the co-crystal has a powder X-ray diffraction pattern expressed in terms of 2θ angle values, wherein the powder X-ray diffraction pattern comprises at least three 2θ angle values selected from the group comprising (a) 4.4±0.2, 8.8±0.2, 11.4±0.2, 12.9±0.2, 17.7±0.2, 19.0±0.2, 19.2±0.2, 20.9±0.2, 24.4±0.2, 24.6±0.2, 25.7±0.2 and 28.7±0.2 or (b) 4.3±0.2, 8.9±0.2, 12.9±0.2, 17.6±0.2, 19.0±0.2, 19.3±0.2, 20.9±0.2, 22.3±0.2, 24.4±0.2 and 26.6±0.2.
