The invention is related to medicine, in particular, to pediatric urology, and can be used in surgical treatment of dysplasia of bladder-ureteric and cervico-trigonal zones. The essence of the proposed method consists in that immured and sharply widened ureter with plurality of elbow-like bends of commissures is released, the length of the dysplastic portion of the ureter to be removed is selected, cystotomy is performed, and prolonged portions of ureters in the dysplasia zone are resected while retaining 3.0 to 5.0 cm of bladder ears protruding from the bladder. After that, demucosation of retained protruding bladder ears in the area of bladder segments of ureters is performed according to Soave principle. Then distal portions of ureters are passed through demucotised portions of bladder ears, and neocystoureteroanastomosis is applied at the place of ureteral orifices with interrupted sutures. The ureter and the kidneys are intubated through newly created orifices using a polyethylene catheter for 8-10 days. |
