The invention is related to power industry, can be operated as a heat generator, a pump, a mixer, etc., and can be used in all sectors of economy for production of significant quantity of heat energy. The technical result consists in provision of a heat-generator pump having an energy conversion factor (ECF) exceeding unity, which is obtained by means of accumulation of cavitation energy. The technical result is attained by provision of a heat-generator pump of cavitation-vortex type with inlet and outlet peripheral hydraulic channels, wherein at least one disk is mounted on the pump shaft between end surfaces of the body with a clearance, each of both end surfaces of the disk have at least two rows of recesses (working chambers) at different radiuses relative to the shaft; the end surfaces of the body adjacent to the end surface of the disk with recesses also have at least two rows of similar recesses at different radiuses relative to the shaft; the radial size of recesses and their diameter are selected so that the disk recesses are partially overlapped by recesses of the body end surfaces in the course of the disk rotation as it is rotated by the shaft, characterized in that the recesses made on the end surfaces of the disk are arranged in at least two rows at different radiuses relative to the shaft, the radiuses differing by a value of 1.5 radial dimension of the recess; the recesses made on the end surfaces of the body adjacent to the end surface of the disk are arranged in at least two rows at different radiuses relative to the shaft, the radiuses differing by a value of 1.5 radial dimension of the recess; each row of recesses disposed on the end surfaces of the body is arranged in inversed, mirror-like manner, without shifting relative to each row of recesses disposed on the end surfaces of the disk; inside surfaces of the recesses on the disk and adjacent surfaces of the body are perpendicular to surfaces on which they are arranged; in one row, sections of the working surface (connecting strips) of a width equal to a half of radial dimension of the recess are retained between the recesses, the clearance between the end surfaces of the body and the disk is fixed and the same, the end surfaces of the body and the disk are made of a polymer material having no electric or magnetic properties, having low heat conductivity, non-wettable by the heat transfer agent (water).
