a clock-distributing unit configured to drive an input clock and output the driven input clock as a distribution clock; an internal circuit unit configured to generate an internal circuit output signal in response to an input signal and the distribution clock; and an output-controlling unit configured to select one of the input clock and the distribution clock in response to a clock selection signal and an output selection signal, and synchronize the internal circuit output signal with a clock selected between the input clock and the distribution clock to output the synchronized internal output signal as an output signal or bypass the internal circuit output signal to output the internal circuit output signal as the output signal.
