A method of inhibiting an immune response in a subject who has received or will receive a cell, tissue, or organ transplant, wherein said method comprises administering to the subject an effective amount of i) an agent which inhibits interaction between CD200 and CD200R and ii) an immunosuppressive id="REI-00012" date="20170228" orid="REI-00012" drug, wherein the agent is an anti-CD200 antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, exhibiting reduced effector function.
