An insulating explosion-resistant portable barrier comprising a toroidal body filled with a compressed neutral gas, a safety structure in front of the barrier, a parachute device and the device for shock wave energy dissipation, characterized in that the toroidal body protected on the side of the presumed explosion by a non-combustible, elastic, shock-resistant material and encased in a flexible, pliant, heat-resistant envelope is placed inside the parachute device, and the device for shock wave energy dissipation comprises a cylinder filled with viscous material and having a form of a perforated pipe with an inside piston, the piston rod being connected by a cable (cord) with an eye ring of the parachute device. |
