The clamp (1) has a first half-shell (2) including a first tensioning head (9) on a first circumferential end (8) and a first connection geometry (11) on a second circumferential end (10). A second half-shell (3) includes a second tensioning head (13) on the first circumferential end and a second connection geometry (15) on the second circumferential end. A hinge connection is formed by an engagement between the first connection geometry and the second connection geometry having a limited opening angle, in an installation-ready state. An independent claim is also included for a method for forming a profile clamp. |
