The invention relates to a heat and sound insulating element intended for enclosures, such as dwelling spaces, thermos flasks, heat insulations for cooling or heating purposes, aircrafts or spacecrafts, microsystems thermostating systems, solar energetics systems or pipes. According to the invention, the element can have various geometric shapes, such as parallelepipedon, cylinder, cylinder shell or cylinder shell sector, without restraining the generality thereto, and it consists of a material () wherein there are placed some cells which contain a gas () or a powder () of the said material (), as the case may be, where the cell distribution may be, depending on the necessities, regular, random or according to certain mathematical law, the cells may have any convex, concave or concave-convex shape, at cell sizes ranging between 0.1 μm and 10 cm, the partition walls of the cells may have any geometric shape and a thickness ranging between 0.1 μm and 10 cm, and the material () may be made of a single type of substance or of several substances. |
