The invention relates to a filter intended to be placed on a vehicle to filter the dust present in the air, in the zone of traffic surfaces. According to the invention, the filter comprises a housing (2) with two apertures (3 and 5), i.e. an inlet and an outlet; in the area of the inlet (3) there is a coarse filter (7) inside which there is a shutter (9) able to swing from a position opening the inlet (3) into a position covering the inlet (3), a rain sensor (11) being provided for the control of shutter movement; a fine filter (8) is also provided within the housing (2) and, between the said filter (8) and the outlet (5), closed by a grate (6), there is at least one fan (13) meant to generate an air current. |
