The invention relates to a process for producing self-organized thin layers and quantum points for optoelectronics, based on chalcogenide material in order to form bidimensional photonic crystals with stop bands and operating in micron-range wavelength condition. According to the invention, the process consists in the heat evaporation deposition of a chalcogenide glass in the conditions in which a flow of evaporated molecules passes through a metal or plastic array, whose inclination, whose inclination in relation to the source and to the deposition sublayer may be controlled, and the array is either adhered to the support or placed at a pre-determined distance and/or a angle, and the evaporator is located under the support at a distance of 2...4 cm. |
