The invention relates to a fruit crusher with comblike counterknife and rotor with profiled helically arranged rigid cutting blades, meant to be used, in particular, in individual households and also in the industry concerned. According to the invention, the crusher comprises a drum (B) having one or several rows of profiled rigid cutting blades (1) arranged helically at a certain pitch (p) and under a certain angle (beta), and some comb-shaped counterknives (C), where, upon rotation, the cutting blades (1) pass through the comb teeth while simultaneously entraining the crushed product. |
